Who We Are

The Niagara Falls Good Timers Co-ed Slo-Pitch League is a non-profit organization.

We welcome women aged 45+ and men aged 50+ of all skill levels to join.

Games are played twice a week, Monday through Thursday at 6:00 p.m. (That's right—no Fridays or weekends!)

We play at the same diamond each week, so you'll always know where you're going.

Our season runs from May through August.

We play 3-pitch, pitcher throws to their own team

Volunteer umpires keep the games fair.

At least 4 women are on the field at all times

Everyone gets a chance to bat—every game!

Our focus is on fun, fitness, and friendship over winning.

Safety is a top priority in every game we play.

This is a social league! After games, we meet up at The Usual Suspects, celebrate the season with a playoff picnic, and wrap it all up with a year-end banquet.
Our History
Founded in 1985, our slo-pitch league was created to give adults aged 45+ a way to stay in the game. It's all about enjoying the sport we love, staying active, and connecting with others who share a passion for baseball. Whether you're here for the exercise, the camaraderie, or just a good time on the field, you're in good company!
